The short version

We use your data to run your job search — nothing else.
We never sell your personal information.
You can export or delete everything at any time.

What we collect

Account and profile data: your name, email, phone number, résumé, work history, education, skills, job preferences and work-authorization status.

Application data: the jobs you match with, the materials we generate for each one, the fields we submit and confirmation receipts.

Connected inbox (optional): if you connect your email, we read only messages related to your job applications in order to update their status.

Usage data: basic product analytics and diagnostic logs used to keep the service reliable.

How we use it

To find, score and apply to jobs on your behalf, according to your settings.
To tailor résumés, cover letters and screening answers for each role.
To track applications and route recruiter replies.
To provide support, prevent abuse and improve the product.

AI processing

We use large language models to tailor materials and fill forms. Your data is not used to train third-party models. See our AI disclosure for details.

Retention and deletion

We keep your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, we delete your personal data within 30 days, except where we are legally required to retain specific records (for example, billing records).

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct, export, delete or restrict processing of your personal data. Most of this is self-serve in Settings; for anything else, contact privacy@jobslide.app.

Security

Data is encrypted in transit and at rest. Access is limited to staff who need it to operate the service. Found a vulnerability? See our bug bounty.
