Delete your account
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time. It takes about a minute.
1. Export your data (optional)
Download your profile, applications and receipts as JSON from Settings → Data.
2. Delete from Settings
Log in, open Settings → Account and choose “Delete account”. Active subscriptions are cancelled immediately.
Can’t log in?
Email support@jobslide.app from the address on your account and we'll process the deletion for you.
What gets deleted
- Your profile, résumés and generated application materials
- Matches, application history and receipts
- Connected inbox access, phone number and API tokens
Deletion completes within 30 days. Applications already submitted to employers live in their systems — contact those employers directly to request removal. Billing records are retained where the law requires. See the Privacy Policy for details.
