Where we use AI
- Matching: scoring how well a job fits your profile and filters.
- Tailoring: rephrasing and re-ordering your résumé and cover letter for a specific role.
- Form filling: mapping your profile to application fields and drafting screening answers.
- Inbox: classifying recruiter emails and matching them to applications.
Guardrails
The model is constrained to facts in your profile. It cannot add employers, titles, skills, degrees or metrics that you have not provided, and every change is shown as a diff you can review.
Factual fields — name, contact details, work authorization, salary expectations — are filled directly from your settings and are never generated.
Human control
By default, you approve each application before it is submitted. Auto-approve is opt-in, configurable per role type, and can be switched off at any time. Every submission has a receipt you can audit.
Training and data
Your data is not used to train third-party foundation models. See the Privacy Policy for which providers process data on our behalf.
Known limitations
AI can misread unusual application forms or ambiguous questions. When the agent is uncertain, it stops and asks you rather than guessing. If something looks wrong, flag it from the receipt and we'll investigate.
